Goose aspic with fried potatoes and tartar sauce super packaged and extremely tasty - served hot and just as delicious as in the restaurant itself (once). Schnitzel with cream mushrooms and croquettes, well prepared and ready for dispatch (driving distance 4 km) Perfect taste and very plentiful. Our summary: highly recommended and without any complaints: Food and customer service of the "Mistschänke" are in all matters praiseworthy

We support our restaurateurs on site. There was and is always delicious food here. You can sit comfortably in the beer garden or in the restaurant to linger. Unfortunately only to be picked up at the moment. But that's why I like to do it. Hold on ... The spook will soon be over !!!

Very tasty dishes. Big portions for a reasonable price. Now in the Corona period, you could pre-order by phone and pick up your food directly from the kitchen window without any problems.

For today 11.11.20 we had ordered 4 servings of goose breast and 2 servings of leg. We pointed this out again when we picked it up! The food was filled into containers they had brought with them. When we got home, we had to find out that 6 portions of the leg were packed for us. When I called, I was just told that they CANNOT just sell breasts, then they hung up. Many Thanks It's just a shame that you didn't state "your truth" here in your answer. Which misrepresentation are you specifically talking about? Until then, my statement remains as it is. The fact is that we did not receive what was ordered. OR? With our order of over € 100.00, we only wanted to support your restaurant during the Corona period, when all restaurants are closed. We often go to the Mistschänke in Steinbach because it's us there. I like it very much, you almost always get a seat, I can't judge the food because we always go to have coffee. It's very pleasant there. The service is always friendly and quick.

Very good home cooking with delicious game dishes. You sit comfortably outdoors at the edge of the forest. There is a small playground for younger guests. There are enough parking spaces for cars. ( across from). I can only recommend it.

The red cabbage is prepared by the cook himself. This is highly recommended. The duck was nice and tender and the skin was nice and crispy. If you want to go out to eat in the evening, you shouldn't be late, as you should keep an eye on the opening times.

We celebrated our youth consecration there today. Cozy location with nice staff and a good price / performance ratio. The food was delicious and the portions were enough to fill everyone. Toilets are modern, clean and well equipped.

Meat was very dry. Too little ketchup: 6 people had to share a small ketchup bowl. Ice cream was not as expected and did not taste good at all. But there was something positive, the Karamelita ice cream was very tasty. Service and atmosphere were also very good.

Bumped into the manure tavern after collecting mushrooms. Great food and staff. We recommend pikeperch on baskets. We will be back.
